• Have church in the home (the cell)
• Have vibrant corporate celebrations (local and city-wide gatherings of cells)
• Equip every member for ministry through an intentional "track" of equipping
• Encourage outreach through relationships
• Have each cell multiply yearly
• Provide regular retreats for equipping and refreshment
• Raise up leaders at every level
• Keep overheads low and avoid debt
• Each pastorate take active responsibility for church planting in new areas
• Resource the wider Christian church in developing a cell church model
