MISSION STATEMENT

CCMN is an international network of Cell Churches committed to working together to help reach unreached cities and People Groups for Jesus Christ. Our primary objective is the facilitating and planting of autonomous, reproducing, missions minded, networking Cell Group Churches in every city of the 10/40 Window. In helping to complete the Great Commission CCMN is committed to networking with other churches and mission agencies.

STRATEGY

• CCMN encourages more and more Cell Group Churches in Hong Kong and around the world to network together to accomplish the above objective.
  
• Several times each year CCMN organises combined short term mission trips for people from Cell Churches in Hong Kong and around the world. Such trips make a significant impact on the growth of Cell Churches in the 10/40 Window by means of evangelism and cell group development. They are also a key method for motivating entire churches to get involved in missions, as well as for stimulating wider Cell Church networking.
  
• Intensive training is provided in the School Of International Studies for long term missionaries sent from Hong Kong Cell Churches. Assistance can be given to Cell Church networks elsewhere who wish to develop similar training.
  
• CCMN facilitates the development, supervision and pastoral care of international, Church Planting Teams.
  
• Regular, motivational Missions Information is provided to as many Cell Churches as possible, using all forms of media and communications.
  

STATEMENT OF FAITH

Rather than being a separate organisation CCMN is a network of churches already having their own Statements of Faith. All participating Cell Churches (e.g. Baptist, Christian & Missionary Alliance, Assemblies of God, Independent, etc) subscribe to basic evangelical statements of faith.

FINANCIAL POLICY

Each church participating in CCMN is responsible for the financial needs of its own missionaries. However, being part of the Body of Christ, all churches are encouraged to be sensitive to the needs of others. Donations for needy missionaries as well as to cover administrative costs are welcome.

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

CCMN activities are currently coordinated by a Committee in Hong Kong made up of voluntary workers who are all staff members of various Hong Kong Cell Churches. The CCMN Committee is accountable in the first instance to the Hong Kong Cell Church Network Committee. Four major areas of ministry are overseen by the committee, as illustrated in the following organisational chart.
